We are a privately owned day nursery situated minutes away from Sandy mainline station and are registered to care for children ranging from 3 months to 12 years in the After School Club & Holiday Club.
At Mini Explorers we aim to help all children in our care to develop in a happy and stimulating environment. We realise that children pass through Mini Explorers just once so, whilst they are here with us, we strive to help each and every child reach their full potential and, at the same time, have lots of fun with the opportunity to learn new things every day in secure and comfortable surroundings. Our nursery is a home away from home.
During Covid-19 we have put some guidelines into place to ensure that everybody is kept safe. We are happy to share our COVID-19 policy with you. All visitors are required to wear a mask and wash / sanitise their hands on arrival and will be required to sign in for Test and Trace.

Welcome to The Winter Edition of the Mini Explorers PANCO News letter
We are proud to announce that we have been awarded Millie's Mark which is only given to nurseries that have reached excellence in paediatric first aid. Millie’s Mark is named after Millie Thompson, who died after choking on food at a nursery in 2012 when she was just nine months old. We have worked incredibly hard to achieve this and it shows that we are going above and beyond the minimum requirements to keep children safe. Mini Explorers is the only Millie's Mark accredited nursery in Sandy and the surrounding area.
