Our Team
Mini Explorers has a team of experienced, dedicated and qualified Nursery Practitioners and trained assistants. All of our workforce including volunteers, outside agencies, and our maintenance contractor have had enhanced DBS checks.
We support and encourage personal development and recognise that it is only through a trained and motivated workforce that we can deliver the necessary commitment and care to your children.
Our staff are fully encouraged to attend training courses, workshops, networking sessions and to continue their professional development through all avenues.
All of our staff are trained in Paediatric First Aid, food hygiene and safeguarding. We pride ourselves in our high level of qualified staff to Level 3.
We concentrate on ensuring that there is a balance of age and experience amongst staff and have a low turnover of staff. All our staff, irrespective of age make Mini Explorers the setting it is today, we are very proud of our team and frequently receive positive comments from parents complimenting us on our friendly staff.
